We are happy to report that we received the first Halo 5 in Canada this July 2024! Our first conversation was with Paul who walked us through the different products and helped us determine what system would be best for our family’s needs. The quality of water coming into our home, for both drinking and bathing, is extremely important to our family for a variety of reasons, with the priority being a new baby and an autoimmune disease. When I began to realize how the water quality affected my chronic disease symptoms, I began looking at what is in our tap water. Unfortunately, the tap water is filled with way too many chemicals and pollutants for me to feel comfortable with our family drinking or bathing in it. We have previously owned a home with the Halo and know of its superior quality, durability, and sustainability. The Halo provides clean water through its system while being maintenance free – you don’t have to remember to buy or change the filters like other water systems. Tyler installed for us in our Fort Erie home where he gave us a detailed refresher on how the system worked. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and did a fantastic job with the project overall. This entire process was seamless with great communication, clear pricing, and a timely install. Our family is extremely grateful to these individuals who have worked hard to get the Halo to Canada. We hope to be one of many Halo systems in Canada in the years to come.
